Our Shared Spaces
Meeting Space in Madison WI
At Uplevel Coworking, we have two different conference rooms that are available for both our members and the public: our Huddle Room and our Conference Room. These rooms are available by the hour, half-day, and full day during regular business hours. In addition to these two spaces, we have our Podcast Studio, which is available by the hour or the half-day.
Our member-only and public use rates for each of our meeting spaces is listed below. Weekend rates are available upon request.
Huddle Room
Capacity: 5 people
Our Huddle Room is our smaller meeting space, and it comfortably accomodates up to 5 people at a time. The Huddle Room is great for small team meetings or videoconferencing and includes a whiteboard, a 55-inch monitor, and HDMI hookups.

- $15 per hour
- $50 per half-day (4 hrs)
- $85 per day (8 hrs)
Non-Member Rates
- $25 per hour
- $85 per half-day (4 hrs)
- $150 per day (8 hrs)

Conference Room
Capacity: 10 people
The Conference Room is our largest meeting space. Ideal for larger team, strategy, or client meetings, our conference room has an 85″ monitor, a whiteboard, decorative wall vinyl (which makes for a great backdrop on Zoom!), and HDMI hookups. This room is also where our Community Manager hosts may of our events and workshops when it’s not otherwise booked.

Podcast Studio
Capacity: 2 people
Our Podcast Studio is a great space not only for podcasters, but course and content creators. Whether you’re recording an audiobook, content for your new course, doing voiceovers, or other audio-related work, we have the professional equipment to support you. The Podcast Studio comes with professional-grade mics, an audio mixing board, headphones, and chairs for two people.
